Laundry Rooms
Every entrance in each building has a laundry room, known as the ‘tvättstuga’ in Swedish, on the ground floor. Here you can wash and dry your laundry for no additional charge. To access the laundry room, book a time slot through the booking system. The booking system is accessed via a booking display, using your key fob, directly outside every laundry room.
There are rules on how to use the laundry room on display inside each room. You will need to provide your own laundry detergents.
Parking for Car, Moped and Motorbike
There is car, electric car, moped and motorbike parking spaces indoors located on the upper and lower cellar levels (ÖK and UK on the lift buttons). To use one of these parking spaces, you must make an application using the official form, which you can find on the link at the end of this section. Note that we do not rent a space for less than six months. When you rent a space, you also gain access to a car washing hose for up to 60 minutes every week.
There are rules about using the garage which you can find on the same page as the application form here:
Bike Storage
There are three bike rooms in each building for indoor bike storage, and public bike stands outside open to everyone. The indoor spaces are on the ground floor, with doors facing the communal garden. They are locked automatically and accessed via your key fob. The bike room between entrances 10 and 12 have rentable spaces for a fee. Contact the BRF’s economic manager, Storholmen, to book a place, contact details are here;

BRF fees
Everyone in the BRF pays a monthly fee based on the size of their home. These bills are delivered to you via a company called Storholmen by post.
Electricity Bills
Each flat is billed based upon their usage of electricity. You do not need to submit readings. This usage is tracked via a secure meter and is read automatically by our supplier. The cost is invoiced to each home as part of the monthly rent or monthly fee, with a delay of approximately three months.
Waste Disposal
The waste system is currently under renovation. This means that a temporary solution is in place for household and food waste. Two containers are located at the entrance of building 8, at ground level near the walkway, where this waste can be disposed of. The plan is for future waste management to be handled via the recycling room in the courtyard.
Other, everyday recycling, such as glass, metal, cardboard and paper, should be taken to a municipal recycling point. (Södra långgatan, Viktoriagatan, Blomgatan)
Large waste and dangerous waste can be disposed of via the mobile disposal centre that visits on street level around every 4 weeks.
