Report maintenance issues

NOTE! CERTAIN TYPES OF MAINTENANCE ISSUES ARE BILLED / INVOICED

All maintenance issues should be reported to HSB Stockholm, either online (website in Swedish only) or by phone to the HSB Service Centre.

Information for Phone Calls

If you do not have, or do not wish to provide, a Swedish personal identity number, press the hash key (#) on your phone to be connected directly.

Always state whether the issue concerns a rental apartment or an owned apartment.
If you are calling about an owned apartment, you must provide a billing address.


Information for Online Reports

When submitting a report online, make sure to select:

  • Region: HSB Stockholm
  • Building Association: Bostadsrättsföreningen Hagalunden

This ensures that your report is sent to the correct address and apartment.
After completing all required fields, remember to click the Send button at the bottom of the page.


What Is Billed?

Owned Apartments

Maintenance reports concerning matters that the apartment owner is responsible for will be billed.
Refer to the housing association’s regulations (in Swedish) for full details, particularly §§ 34–43.

Rental Apartments

Installations and furnishings provided by the housing association are generally included in the rent.
However, tenants are responsible for consumable items such as light bulbs and batteries.
A complete list of consumables can be found in the document linked below.

If a tenant reports a maintenance issue that falls under consumables, both material and labour costs will be billed to the tenant.
