Rules of our shared laundry rooms
- Use of the laundry facilities is only intended for residents.
- You must always leave the laundry room in a tidy and clean condition before the next booking begins.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed in the laundry room.
- Each laundry session is 3 hours. You have access to the laundry room for 20 minutes after your time slot ends, but please avoid running over time and be considerate of the person who has the next slot!
- If you do not enter the laundry within 30 minutes you will lose your booking. Remember to cancel your booking in advance if you cannot make your booked time, someone else may want to use that time slot!
Starting your laundry
- Before you start doing your laundry, make sure the laundry room is tidy and in good condition. Make an error report if it is not.
- If you encounter issues with the laundry equipment, make an error report immediately. Make sure you state which machine is broken and the error code (if displayed).
- Wash carpets and other bulky or heavy items in the laundry room on Hagalundsgatan 8, these machines are specifically intended for this. It is strictly prohibited to use any other machines to wash bulky or heavy items.
- Do not fill the laundry machine with extra water.
Before you have finished
- Clean the compartments for laundry detergent and softener with a dish brush.
- Clean the filters in the tumble dryer and the drying cabinet, and clean the dusting brush when you are done.
- Sweep and mop the floor when you have finished your laundry.
- If dish cloth, dish brush or floor mop is missing, submit an error report of this.
- BRF Hagalunden is not responsible for any laundry that has been damaged or disappeared.
- Do not forget to close the windows.
If you misuse the laundry facilities repeatedly, you may be banned from booking the laundry
