Nuisance reports and nuisance response team
If there are currently ongoing disturbances, you may reach the nuisance response team ("Störningsjour") between the hours 18.00 and 06.00 at 08-695 00 00.
By problems with repeated nuisances, contact HSB Customer support, their details are listed under Contacts. Please fill out the Nuisance report (only available in Swedish) over a period of time before you make your first report. This allows you to report the nuistances in a structured way, taking note of when they occur and what form they take.
For peaceful living in an apartment complex, it is important to minimize noise and other disturbances in the building. The regulations of the housing association rule therefore specify that from 22.00 to 06.00 you must keep the noise level so low that your neighbors can sleep. Please be aware that sound travels very easily between the apartments, and adjust the volume of TV, stereo and other sources of noise with this in mind.
Noisy renovations and repairs may only occur
- 08.00 to 19.00 on weekdays that are not bank holidays
- 11.00 to 17.00 on weekends and bank holidays
Noisy renovations and repairs mainly refer to concrete cutting, drilling and similar. Concrete cutting may as a general rule not be performed for longer than one week in a row.
