BRF Hagalunden uses Fastighetsägarstyrt underhåll, need based maintenance system, for rented apartments. The association decides whether there are neccessery maintenance needs for an apartment.
A tenant who desires maintenance or repairs, contacts the property management. They then make an inspection and decide whether the issue is neccessary maintenance or not.
Reparations and minor mater are sometimes the responsibility of the tenant. A tenant may request assistance with these type of issues, but will in that case be charged for them.
