Tenants pay SEK 250/month, which is charged extra to the rent.
Fiber is installed in all apartments, junction box is in the hall near the front door.

TELE2 (COM HOME)
Cable TV is connected in all apartments, the box is usually (but not always) in the living room near an outer wall.
Basic selection is included in the association's fee.
Extra channels and channel packages are purchased from Tele2 (old ComHem).
