Our association's common space ('föreningslokalen') has been closed for booking during the pandemic period. Before it can be booked again, it needs to be refurbished and renovated. The association board will also create new booking routines, with the aim that everyone can have access to a nice and well-kept common space.
The goal is that our common space will once again open for bookings in March 2022. When it becomes available, information will be posted on the website and the electronic boards boards.
The association board is asking for suggestions as to how renting, upkeep and caretaking of the common space should work in the future. Do you have suggestions or recommendations, maybe good examples from other associations? Please send them by e-mail to email@example.com and set the mail header to "Föreningslokalen".
In early September Com Hem will shut down the analogue TV system. You can however already move to Digital TV.
To help with the move Com Hem have a web page on the move in several languages (Svenska - English - العربية - Af soomaali - ትግርኛ - دری ).
Visit the web page now and check what you have to do to make sure you don't loose your TV channels on September 8th.
As of April 1st 2020 all sublettings will be handled and approved by our financial administration, Storholmen.
Remember, all forms of sublettings need to be approved, rental as well as lending.

The manned Trash Truck is visiting us every fourth Tuesday 18.00 to 20.00. It will be located at the gate outside no 24.
You are responsible for getting your own trash into the truck. The driver is not hired to do any kind of lifting or carrying.
If the truck doesn't show up on a scheduled day, report using HSB Felanmälan and take your trash home again. It may not be left at the site or in any other common areas, outdoors or indoors.

Measuring of radon in our houses will begin January 21-22th. The company Optimal Comfort AB will at those two day need access to 126 of our apartments.
If your apartment is chosen you will be notified Thursday 9th of January. If chosen, please leave a key in the key tube on the advised dates, or in an envelope to Förvaltaren.
